This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, games, and websites (collectively, the "Services") created and operated by SerryPlay / Serge Spijkstra (hereby referred to as "SerryPlay", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. These Services are offered as freemium products and are intended for use "AS IS".
By downloading, installing, or using any SerryPlay app or game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our Services may collect the following types of information automatically when you use them:
- Device information (device model, operating system, OS version, unique device identifiers such as advertising ID / IDFA / GAID)

- App usage data (pages or screens visited, time and date of visit, time spent in-app, in-game actions and events)

- Approximate location data (derived from your IP address)

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, when contacting support).

Advertising
Our free games are ad-supported. Ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
SerryPlay does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). Our games are intended for general audiences. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete such information.
